Dr. Megha Bhatnagar holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports science from Norwegian University. She was the only Physiotherapist chosen from India to pursue her Master’s degree on full scholarship funded by the European Union. She is also certified in Manual therapy, Mulligan technique, Kinesiology taping, dry needling, Osteopathy, craniosacral techniques, chapmans reflex, Clinical & video Gait analysis and Orthotic customisation. Her special interest in foot and ankle biomechanics drives her to create awareness amongst patients and fellow physiotherapists regarding proper foot care. She aims to fill in the gaps in the Indian health system by taking workshops and spreading knowledge on the same.
She has enriched experience of 10+ years working with renowned centres of international and national accreditation. She gained immense knowledge in the field of Orthopaedic and Sports injury rehabilitation as well as PREVENTION and went on to be the Founder of BOUNCE BACK- an Advanced Physiotherapy Sports clinic in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. She has been successfully running the centre since October 2016 and guiding patients to bounce back to the life they deserve.

Dr. Ruchi Bangera has done her masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She is a passionate physiotherapist with an aim to make patients functionally independent and pain-free. She has expertise in treating orthopaedic and sports conditions. She is also certified in Neurokinetic therapy, manual therapy, kinesiotaping, Myofascial release.

Dr. Sneha Rathi is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She is specialized in handling Orthopaedic cases which include joint aches to post-operative cases. She believes in both curative as well as preventive aspects of Physiotherapy and aims to identify the root cause of the problem and treat at the source level. She practices a variety of joint mobilization, soft tissue release, taping, movement retraining strategies, and electrotherapy. She constantly updates herself with the latest treatment strategies which help to achieve better and faster results. She is empathetic towards patients’ complaints and gives her best to address them. Her keen interest in Yoga has led her to discover the healing and beneficial aspects of Yoga which helps in amplifying the healing effects of both the techniques.
